Macaroni Salad With Sweet Pickle Relish
|Cooked penne/Cooked ziti||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||1 , finely chopped|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Sweet pickle relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Granulated sugar substitute||1 Gram (To Equal 2 Teaspoons Sugar)|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In large bowl, combine all ingredients until blended.
Cover and refrigerate several hours, or overnight.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
