Lemon And Honey Fruit Salad Dressing

|Eggs||3 , separated|
|Lemon juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Honey||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Set aside.
2. Beat the egg yolks with the lemon juice and honey in the top of a double boiler. Cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens. Cool. Fold in the egg whites.
