  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium
  Seedless grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red apple 1
  Thinly sliced cooked roast beef 3⁄4 Pound

Purchase the chopped bell pepper and sliced mushrooms from a salad bar.
If you like your fruit salad chilled, refrigerate the canned mandarin oranges and pineapple the night before.
