Ingredients
  Torn mixed salad greens 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Such As Iceberg, Leaf, And Bibb Lettuce, Curly Endive, Escarole, And Romaine)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil/Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place desired salad greens in a large salad bowl.
Sprinkle with salt.
Drizzle with olive oil or salad oil; toss to coat greens.
Drizzle with vinegar.
If desired, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon snipped parsley.
Toss salad mixture till greens are well coated.
If desired, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese
