  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Pineapple tidbits 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (canned, drained)
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cubed
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine apples, celery, pineapple, cheese and salad dressing; toss well.
