Turkey Fruit Salad
|Torn spinach leaves||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||8 Ounce (1 Can, Juice Pack)|
|Orange||1 , peeled and sectioned|
|Cooked turkey||1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celery seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
In salad bowl combine spinach and celery.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Core apples; cut into wedges.
Dip apple wedges in reserved pineapple juice.
Arrange pineapple chunks, apple wedges, orange sections, and turkey atop spinach.
For dressing combine yogurt, buttermilk, celery seed, and hot pepper sauce.
