Arugula Tomato And Olive Salad

|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chopped fresh oregano/1/2 teaspoon dried||2 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ripe tomatoes||1 Pound (2 Large Ones)|
|Arugula/1 small head of curly endive||8 Ounce|
|Oil cured black olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
1. In a large bowl, combine garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, vinegar, and olive oil. Beat with fork to blend.
2. Cut each tomato into 8 wedges. Toss tomatoes, arugula, olives, and onion together in bowl with dressing.
