  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seed 1 Teaspoon, toasted
  Finely shredded lime peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Torn fresh spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , sliced
Directions

For dressing, in small screw-top jar combine oil, sesame seed, lime peel, lime juice, dry mustard, and salt.
Cover and shake well; chill.
