Bread Salad With Shrimp
|Sandwich bread loaf||1 Large, crust removed and cut in cube|
|Hard-cooked eggs||4 , finely chopped|
|Sweet onion||1 Large, finely chopped|
|Small shrimp||2 Pound, cooked, shelled and deveined|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, quartered|
1) In a bowl, place together eggs, onion, mayonnaise, horseradish, olives, and bread cubes.
2) Fold the egg mixture lightly until well mixed.
3) When ready to serve, mix in the shrimps.
4) Pile the shrimp mixture on a platter and surround with quartered tomatoes and serve.
