Bread Salad With Shrimp

Ingredients
  Sandwich bread loaf 1 Large, crust removed and cut in cube
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , finely chopped
  Sweet onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Mayonnaise 1 Pint
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Small shrimp 2 Pound, cooked, shelled and deveined
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, quartered
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, place together eggs, onion, mayonnaise, horseradish, olives, and bread cubes.
2) Fold the egg mixture lightly until well mixed.
3) When ready to serve, mix in the shrimps.

SERVING
4) Pile the shrimp mixture on a platter and surround with quartered tomatoes and serve.
