Curried Tuna Salad For Two

Ingredients
  Small shell macaroni 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple 1 Large
  Lemon juice 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins/Halved seedless grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thinly sliced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sliced almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain and chill.
Dice apple; in a salad bowl, mix apple with lemon juice until coated.
Add celery, raisins, onion, and macaroni.
Add tuna, broken in chunks.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and curry powder.
Mix gently into salad.
Add salt to taste.
Cover and chill up to 2 hours.
Mix half the almonds into salad.
