Cheese And Fruit Salad

  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Medium dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄4 Pinch
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Freshly ground white pepper 1 Pinch
  Walnut oil 4 Tablespoon
  Young gouda cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Red grapes 1⁄2 Pound
  Pears 2
  Whole walnuts 2 Ounce
  Curly lettuce head 1⁄2

Whisk the lemon juice with the sherry, sugar, cinnamon, salt and pepper and whisk in the oil.
Remove the rind from the cheese and cut into strips.
Wash, halve and remove the seeds from the grapes.
Quarter, peel and core the pears.
Slice thinly.
Halve the walnuts.
Mix all the prepared ingredients with the marinade and refrigerate 15 minutes.
Separate the leaves of the curly lettuce.
Wash and shake the leaves dry.
Season the cheese and fruit salad to taste before serving and arrange on the lettuce leaves.
