Cheese And Fruit Salad
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Medium dry sherry||1 Tablespoon|
|Cinnamon||1 1⁄4 Pinch|
|Freshly ground white pepper||1 Pinch|
|Walnut oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Young gouda cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Red grapes||1⁄2 Pound|
|Whole walnuts||2 Ounce|
|Curly lettuce head||1⁄2|
Whisk the lemon juice with the sherry, sugar, cinnamon, salt and pepper and whisk in the oil.
Remove the rind from the cheese and cut into strips.
Wash, halve and remove the seeds from the grapes.
Quarter, peel and core the pears.
Halve the walnuts.
Mix all the prepared ingredients with the marinade and refrigerate 15 minutes.
Separate the leaves of the curly lettuce.
Wash and shake the leaves dry.
Season the cheese and fruit salad to taste before serving and arrange on the lettuce leaves.
