Ingredients
  Lettuce head 1 , washed
  Vinaigrette 2 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 4 , peeled, sliced and cooked
  Green beans 1⁄4 Pound, sliced and cooked (110 Gram)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Cucumber 1 Small, diced
  Tomatoes 6 , quartered
  Black olives 12
  Hard-boiled eggs 2 , quartered
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, drained (200 Gram)
  Fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Anchovy fillets 12
  Fresh parsley 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a salad bowl, arrange lettuce leaves.
2 Sprinkle with a little Vinaigrette.
3 Arrange a layer of cold potatoes with beans and onion on top.
4 Sprinkle with dressing.
5 Add a layer of cucumber, tomatoes, olives and eggs.
6 Sprinkle with dressing.
7 In a bowl, combine lemon juice with tuna.
8 Break into flakes and add to the salad.

SERVING
9 Garnish the top with a lattice effect of anchovy fillets and parsley.
