Turkey Macaroni And Fruit Salad

  Elbow macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Navel oranges 2 Large
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon (If Necessary)
  Kiwi fruits 2 , peeled and sliced
  Cooked turkey breast 6 Ounce, cut into 1/2" cubes
  Red apple 1 Medium, chopped
  Strawberry yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Cook the macaroni according to the package directions, but without adding the salt.
Drain, then rinse with cold water and drain again.
Transfer to a large bowl.Meanwhile, peel the oranges.
Section them over a small bowl to catch the juices.
If necessary, add enough of the additional orange juice to make a total of 2 tablespoons.
Cut the kiwi slices in half.
Add the oranges, orange juice, kiwi, turkey and apples to the macaroni.
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt and ginger.
Add to the macaroni mixture and gently toss until coated.
