Dilled Pasta Salad With Smoked Fish
|Uncooked macaroni||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Rotini / Spiral)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt/Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh dill weed/1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned sliced pitted ripe olives||2 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Green onion with top||2 , thinly sliced|
|Zucchini||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Carrot||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Flaked boneless smoked whitefish/Salmon||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cook rotini as directed on package; drain.
Rinse pasta in cold water; drain.
Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, dill weed, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Add rotini and remaining ingredients except smoked fish; toss.
Gently stir in smoked fish.
