Warm Cheese And Tomato Salad With Mustard Seed Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Extra virgin olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Tarragon 6 Tablespoon
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Coarse mustard 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 Large, sliced
  Green onions 4 , minced
  Goat cheese 3 Ounce, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Directions

Mix oil, garlic, and vinegar in bowl.
Whisk in juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Whisk before serving.
Arrange tomatoes on plate; sprinkle with onions.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Place goat cheese on grill and cook over medium heat until warm but not runny.
Turn once.
Set cheese on tomatoes.
Drizzle with vinaigrette.
