Creamy Crab And Pasta Salad
|Small shell pasta/Elbow macaroni||8 Ounce|
|Green beans/1 package (10 ounces) frozen green beans, unthawed||1 Pound, trimmed|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain low fat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bottled chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||3 Drop|
|Crabmeat||8 Ounce, drained and picked over for bits of shell and cartilage (Fresh / Canned)|
|Sweet red peppers||2 Medium, cored, seeded, and finely chopped|
|Scallions||8 , coarsely chopped (Including Tops)|
ln a large saucepan of boiling water, cook the pasta and beans, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until firm-tender€”about 8 minutes.
Drain, rinse under cool water, and drain well again.
Meanwhile, combine the may-onnaise, yogurt, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper sauce in a large bowl.
Add the pasta, beans, crabmeat, peppers, and scallions, and toss lightly to mix.
Chill for 1 hour.
