Buffalo Chicken Salad Italiano
|Buffalo wing sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Italian salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Prepared)|
|Frozen chicken tenders||1 Pound, thawed|
|Torn salad greens||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crumbled gorgonzola cheese/Blue cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine Wing Sauce and salad dressing in bowl.
Pour 1/2 cup mixture over chicken tenders in large bowl.
Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Cook chicken on electric grill pan or barbecue grill for 3 to 5 minutes until no longer pink in center.
Arrange salad greens, celery and cheese on serving plates.
Top with chicken and drizzle with remaining Wing Sauce mixture.
