Halibut Salad

Ingredients
  Halibut 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Cold)
  French dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Cucumber 1 Medium, cut into cubes
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Pepper 1 (Red / Green)
Directions

Flake halibut in large pieces.
Marinate in French dressing and chill.
Mix the fish, cucumber, salt, pepper, and onion with sour cream.
