Peanut Salad

Ingredients
  Peanuts 8 Ounce, dry-roasted (Unsalted)
  Leeks 2 Medium, finely chopped
  Boston lettuce head 1
  Light plain italian dressing 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together peanuts and leeks.
2) Line the serving plate with lettuce.
3) Spoon the peanut mixture on the lettuce leaves.

SERVING
4) Drizzle the salad with the dressing and serve immediately.
