Three Greens Salad
|Garlic clove||1 Large, split|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Red wine vinegar||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Lightly packed butter lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Bite Size Pieces)|
|Lightly packed red leaf lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Bite Size Pieces)|
|Lightly packed center leaves of romaine||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Bite Size Pieces)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Combine garlic with oil and let stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour; discard garlic.
Add vinegar to oil and stir to blend.
Pour dressing over mixed greens; add salt and pepper to taste and mix well
