Ingredients
  Garlic clove 1 Large, split
  Olive oil/Salad oil 6 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lightly packed butter lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Bite Size Pieces)
  Lightly packed red leaf lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Bite Size Pieces)
  Lightly packed center leaves of romaine 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Bite Size Pieces)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine garlic with oil and let stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour; discard garlic.
Add vinegar to oil and stir to blend.
Pour dressing over mixed greens; add salt and pepper to taste and mix well
