Paradise Shrimp Salad
|Cooked shrimp||4 Cup (64 tbs), shelled and deveined|
|French dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lettuce||1 , shredded|
|Celery curls||6 Tablespoon|
To cooled shrimp, add salt and paprika.
Marinate in enough French dressing to cover shrimp; chill.
Mix in mayonnaise.
Arrange shrimp on shredded lettuce.
Garnish with pickles and celery curls.
