Cucumber Salad With Sour Cream Dressing

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 , peeled, seeded and sliced
  Celery stalks 2 , sliced
  Cherry tomatoes 12 , halved
  Hearts of palm 3 , sliced
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sour cream 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoons)
  Dry mustard 1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)
  Red wine vinegar 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Lemon juice 1
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Alfalfa sprouts 4 Tablespoon (For Decoration)
  Paprika 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place cucumber, celery, tomatoes, hearts of palm and parsley in salad bowl.
Toss gently.
Mix together remaining ingredients with the exception of alfalfa sprouts and paprika.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
Arrange servings on small bed of alfalfa sprouts and sprinkle with a dash of paprika.
