Apple Cabbage Mould

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Diced unpeeled apple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in water according to package directions.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Combine cabbage, vinegar and salt, and let stand 20 minutes.
Fold cabbage, apples and nuts into gelatin and turn into oiled mold.
Chill until set.
Unmold on crisp lettuce.
