Green Pea & Salmon Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked salmon/1 can, 1 pound salmon, drained 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cold)
  Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
  Thinly sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thinly sliced green onion 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , diced
  Dill dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Lemon wedges 4
Directions

Carefully separate salmon into large chunks; discard bones and skin, if necessary.
Mix together salmon, peas, celery, green onion, and eggs; cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare dill dressing; cover and refrigerate.
