Green Pea & Salmon Salad
|Cooked salmon/1 can, 1 pound salmon, drained||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cold)|
|Frozen peas||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
|Thinly sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced green onion||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||4 , diced|
|Dill dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Carefully separate salmon into large chunks; discard bones and skin, if necessary.
Mix together salmon, peas, celery, green onion, and eggs; cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare dill dressing; cover and refrigerate.
