Super Healthy Super Delicious High Fiber Salad!
Ingredients
  Organic spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Avocado 1
  Organic tomato 1 Large
  Organic cucumber 1
  Organic cilantro 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Directions

Rinse all ingredients
Chop spinach and cilantro and place in large salad bowl
Cube tomato, avocado and cucumber toss into greens
May be served with orange juice as a dressing
Enjoy!
