Pear Salad With Dijon Vinaigrette

  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Raspberry vinegar/Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Trimmed watercress 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ripe pear 1 Large, cored and sliced
  Chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoon, toasted

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until well blended.
Place 1 cup watercress on each of 2 salad plates; top each evenly with pear slices and 1 tablespoon walnuts.
Drizzle vinaigrette evenly over salads.
