Garden Salad Mould
|Lime flavored gelatin||6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cold water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|White vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs), coarsely shredded|
|Radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely shredded|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
Place gelatin in bowl; pour boiling water over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Stir in cold water, vinegar and salt.
Chill just until mixture begins to thicken.
Meanwhile, toss together cabbage, radishes, celery, carrot, green pepper and onion; pack into 1 1/4 quart ring mold.
Pour thickened gelatin over vegetables and chill in refrigerator until firm.
Unmold on salad greens and fill center with seasoned cottage cheese.
