Full Meal Salad

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped scallion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apples 2 , scrubbed and finely chopped
  Chopped raw broccoli flowerets 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Radishes 4 , sliced
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped/sliced
  Diced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cold cooked new potatoes 6 , diced (Skin Left On)
  Tangerine/Orange sections 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mixed raw nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced hard cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs) (2 Or 3 Kinds)
  Romaine lettuce head 1 , core chopped and leaves shredded
  Diced raw yellow turnip 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat bread/Rye bread toast cubes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Homemade mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

1. Rub a salad bowl with the clove of garlic. Discard the garlic.
2. Combine all the ingredients, with the exception of the toast cubes, butter, and mayonnaise, in the bowl and mix well.
3. Saute the toast cubes in the butter.
