Shredded Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Including Green Parts)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Safflower oil/Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced radishes/Black olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine the cabbage, parsley, and scallions and chill well.
2. Combine the honey, salt, vinegar, and oil. Shake well and chill. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss lightly.
