Shredded Cabbage Salad

|Shredded cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped scallions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Including Green Parts)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Safflower oil/Sesame oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced radishes/Black olives||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Combine the cabbage, parsley, and scallions and chill well.
2. Combine the honey, salt, vinegar, and oil. Shake well and chill. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss lightly.
