Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad
|Ripe tomatoes||3 Large, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices|
|Mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices|
|Olive oil||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Basil sprig||1 (For Garnish)|
Arrange tomatoes, cheese and basil alternately on a large serving plate, overlapping edges.
Combine olive oil and lemon juice; brush over top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; cover and refrigerate.
Garnish, if desired.
