Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Large (Long European Soft-Skinned Preferred, With Skin Scored Removed If Hard Or Waxy, Sliced Paper-Thin, Deseeded To Avoid Excess Water)
  Red onion 1⁄2 Medium, sliced
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped dill 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
