Broiled Salad With Thyme

Ingredients
  Belgian endive 4
  Fennel bulbs 2
  Mushrooms 8 Large
  Red onion 1
  Chopped thyme 2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Lemons juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut all vegetables into julienne strips.
Place on shallow baking pan.
Sprinkle over salt and pepper, thyme, and olive oil.
Mix well.
Set under the broiler 4 inches from unit for about 3 minutes.
Toss the vegetables and return to broiler.
Cook until vegetables are done, about 5-6 minutes.
Remove.
Squeeze lemon juice over the vegetables and serve warm.
