Ingredients
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped watercress leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped chives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Fenugreek sprouts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinaigrette dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In large bowl, put all ingredients and toss together until well mixed.
Chill well.
