Autumn Salad

  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into 2 inch squares
  Ham 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into 1/2 inch squares
  Apple 1 Large, cored and diced
  Mung bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
Let stand while preparing rest of ingredients.
Combine cheese, ham, apple and sprouts in bowl.
Pour over dressing and mix all together gently.
