Ingredients
  Pears 3 , peeled and cut in wedges
  White mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, julienned (250 Gram)
  Cooked beans 750 Milliliter (3 Cup)
  Yellow pepper 1 , thinly sliced
  Seedless green grapes 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Canned crabmeat 5 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 142 Gram)
  Curry powder 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 54 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Horseradish 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sour cream 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Chopped chives 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place pears, mushrooms, beans, yellow pepper, grapes and crabmeat in salad bowl.
Place curry powder, lemon juice and horseradish in small bowl; whisk together very well and season generously.
Add sour cream and chives; whisk again until incorporated.
Season again to taste and pour over salad; toss.
