Fancy Meal Salad
|Pears||3 , peeled and cut in wedges|
|White mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, julienned (250 Gram)|
|Cooked beans||750 Milliliter (3 Cup)|
|Yellow pepper||1 , thinly sliced|
|Seedless green grapes||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Canned crabmeat||5 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 142 Gram)|
|Curry powder||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon juice||54 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Horseradish||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Sour cream||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Chopped chives||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
Place pears, mushrooms, beans, yellow pepper, grapes and crabmeat in salad bowl.
Place curry powder, lemon juice and horseradish in small bowl; whisk together very well and season generously.
Add sour cream and chives; whisk again until incorporated.
Season again to taste and pour over salad; toss.
