Hula Chicken Salad With Orange Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
  Vinaigrette salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Prepared)
  Honey dijon mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated orange peel 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Poppy seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken tenders 1 Pound
  Jerk seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped romaine lettuce 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Chopped fruits 3 Cup (48 tbs) (From Salad Bar Such As Oranges, Melon, Strawberries, Pineapple)
Directions

Combine salad dressing, mustard, orange peel, water and poppy seeds; mix well.
Reserve.
Rub chicken tenders with jerk seasoning.
Skewer chicken and grill over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 5 minutes per side.
Arrange lettuce and fruit on salad plates.
