Fresh Orange And Onion Salad

Ingredients
  Navel oranges 2
  Grapefruit 1
  Red onion 1 , thinly sliced and separated into rings
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat bread 1 , warm
  Salad greens 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Peel and section the oranges and grapefruit. Cut each section into two or three pieces and put in a salad bowl. Add all the juices from the oranges and grapefruit and the onion.
2. Add about two turns of the pepper mill and salt to taste. Pour the oil over all, toss, and chill.
3. Sprinkle with the nuts.
