Tuna Salad In Tomato Cups

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced pimiento stuffed olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 4 Medium
  Lettuce 1
Directions

In mixing bowl combine tuna, celery, olives, green onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Gently stir in chopped egg and mayonnaise or salad dressing; cover and chill.
Prepare tomato cups according to directions in tip box .
