Sprouted Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients
  Safflower oil 3 Tablespoon
  Shredded red cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Mung bean sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Heat the oil in a wok or heavy skillet. Add the cabbage and saute for 3 minutes. Add the sprouts and saute for 2 minutes longer.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and reheat, tossing lightly.
