Ingredients
  Beets 1 Bunch (100 gm), peeled (Small Young, Tops Removed For A Tossed Salad Bowl)
  Shredded red cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Vegetable salt To Taste
Directions

1. Grate the beets finely into a salad bowl. Add the cabbage and carrots.
2. Beat together the lemon juice, honey, oil, and salt. Pour over the beet mixture, toss, and chill welL
