|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Pepper||1 Dash (Generous Dash)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), whipped|
|Crab meat||1 1⁄2 Pound (4 Cups)|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , cut into wedges|
|Tomato||1 , cut into wedges|
Blend soup, chili, mayonnaise, onion, and pepper; fold in whipped cream.
Add crab; chill.
Place crab on bed of lettuce.
Garnish with egg and tomato.
