|Whole beets||1 Can (10 oz), grated|
|Lemon jell o||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Drain beets and mix the juice with enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
Heat liquid and dissolve Jell-O with it.
Add sugar and vinegar.
Chill until partially set.
Grate beets and add to Jell-O.
Add horse radish last.
Chill until firm
