Curried Chicken Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Chicken 3 Pound, cooked
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Seedless grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved
  Chopped hawaiian macadamia nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Firm tomatoes 6
  Lettuce leaves 6
Directions

Remove chicken meat from bones and dice.
Add celery, pineapple chunks, onion, grapes and nuts.
Combine curry, mayonnaise and seasonings and stir into chicken mixture.
Chill.
Cut tomatoes in sixths, almost but not quite through to form petal shape.
Place on lettuce leaves and fill with chilled salad mixture.
