|Chopped pimentos||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bavarian sauerkraut||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Cooked potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced or cubed|
|Fried bacon||1 Pound, broken in small pieces|
|Bacon fat||4 Tablespoon|
Mix together salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix the dressing and bring to a boil in the skillet the bacon was fried in.
Pour over salad 1 hour before serving.
