Garden Fresh Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes, Knox Brand)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Italian dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Of Choice)
Directions

In large bowl, mix Unflavored Gelatine with sugar; add boiling water and stir until Gelatine is completely dissolved.
With wire whisk or rotary beater, blend in mayonnaise, Italian dressing and lemon juice; chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Fold in suggested Vegetables.
Turn into 8-inch round or square baking pan; chill until firm.
