Chicken Caesar Salad
|Chicken breast tenders||6 Ounce|
|Caesar salad dressing||5 Tablespoon, divided (1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Prepared italian salad mix||5 Ounce, made of romaine and radicchio (4 Cups)|
|Prepared croutons||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Cut chicken in half lengthwise and crosswise.
Heat 1 tablespoon salad dressing in large nonstick skillet.
Add chicken; cook and stir over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet; sprinkle with pepper and let cool.
Combine salad mix, half of croutons, remaining 1/4 cup salad dressing and Parmesan in serving bowl; toss to coat.
Top with remaining croutons and chicken.
