Lorene's Cranberry Salad
|Cranberries||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Apple||1 , peeled|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange||1 , peeled|
|Raspberry jello||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Orange jello||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
Grind cranberries, orange and apple or run through a food processor.
Add sugar and mix well.
Let stand several hours or overnight.
Add boiling water to jello and when it begins to thicken, add fruit and stir until well blended.
This will make a 9 x 13-inch dish of salad.
For sugar-free, use sugar-free jello and 12 to 14 packets of Equal in place of sugar.
