Baked Potato Salad
|Baked potatoes||8 , cooled and cut in big chunks|
|Velveeta cheese||1 Pound, cut in to chunks|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Greens Included)|
|Sliced stuffed olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Assemble potato chunks and cheese in baking pan.
Mix mayonnaise, onions and olives and spread lightly over mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350°.
