Turkey And Stuffing Salad
|Plain low-fat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Reduced-calorie mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Oriental sesame oil/Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped chutney||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Diced cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Packaged stuffing mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sweet red pepper||1 Large, cored, seeded, and coarsely chopped|
|Sweet green pepper||1 Large, cored, seeded, and coarsely chopped|
|Red onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Watercress||1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)|
In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, oil, chutney, and black pepper until smooth.
Add the turkey, stuffing mix, red and green peppers, onion, and water cress; toss well.
