Celery Root Salad

Ingredients
  Celery root 2 Pound, pounded (681 Too 907 Grams)
  Blender mayonnaise 200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Dried onion flakes 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Light cream/Half and half 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Prepared mustard 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoons)
  Lettuce leaves 6
Directions

Assemble Salad Maker with Shredder Disc and large bowl.
Wash celery root, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) slices, and pare slices.
Process celery root.
Prepare mayonnaise, then add remaining ingredients to blender container.
Cover and process at BLEND just until mixed.
Add to celery root and mix to coat.
Chill for several hours.
Arrange on lettuce in salad bowl.
Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
